Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will generate opportunities and demand through significant outbound efforts (cold calls, cold emails, etc). You will take the call from initial contact to completing customer sign-up.

You will bring with you existing experience in a hunter role and a track record of success. You relate with people quickly. You show up with the right attitude every day, find satisfaction in a hard day’s work, and are eager to keep beating your own personal best.

What we are looking for:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a hunter sales role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Tele-sales experience
  • Familiar with HubSpot and Google docs
  • Ability to take ownership of your success
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Mentally resilient
  • A positive mindset and can-do attitude
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • ​Deliver consistently against quota of weekly qualified opportunities.
  • Learn the competitive landscape and master customer needs in order to effectively articulate the Allset value proposition to individuals at target companies.
  • Develop and execute targeted prospecting campaigns to key decision makers in home services and SMB.
  • Contact, qualify and nurture leads via phone, email and LinkedIn in order to actively build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Generate interest with key decision makers in order to close business on initial call or create a subsequent meeting for final closing.
  • Keep our CRM up-to-date with lead activity and qualification notes.
  • Proactively provide feedback on processes, product and messaging to help our organization learn and adapt to newly discovered best practices.
